SHARD 1.0 is a recombination detection tool that can be found here under research projects. PhyloTreeRC 1.0 detects recombinants. SRRG 1.0 is a recombinant generator currently generating full genome HIV recombinants. Additionally the research tools can be found on the UConn website http://recomb.engr.uconn.edu/

our office. The webcam snapshot is updated once a minute.
Checkout the mess in our office. It's an incentive to tidy
up the space if I know the picture is going to be posted
live on the web.

World
Our virtual world Outpost is located within
the Activeworlds universe. Tourists and citizens are welcome.
The World page has a couple of pictures along with a better
description of what it actually is and how to get there.
The eLearning page is a beta where we intend
to test some online learning possibilities. Documents will
be posted in PDF format (Portable Document File) and visual
presentations are being created primarily in Macromedia Flash
& Director.
