About Outpost:
Outpost is a world inside the Activeworlds Universe. If you are interested in visiting this or any other activeworld just follow the resource link below. Tourist registration is free but there is a cost in becoming a citizen.

Project Description:
To create a 3D simulation of a world and run simulations using some bots with AI algorithms.

Project Status:
I've personally been a citizen since 1997 and Outpost has been online since October 1998. I've created a few bots in C++, objects in TrueSpace and some textures in Photoshop & Illustrator. My junior-junior assistant (he's eight years old) does most of the building. It's a work in progress much like most other projects :)

*New* Adobe Atmosphere:
Adobe atmosphere is another 3D world modeling tool. The browser plug-in is free from adobe and unlike Active Worlds there are no citizen fees. Please view our demo world at:
